COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY MANUAL
Joffe create or updates a compliant, reliable, and comprehensive emergency manual customized for your unique community.
Joffe’s in-service days keep staff and faculty on the edge of their seats. Your consultant works with your safety team to design up to three in-service sessions per year to deploy and test new program elements.
DISASTER SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT
Receive annual disaster supply inventory and any recommended changes based on current practices. (Client responsible for cost of any replacement supplies at 5% discount.)
EMERGENCY SYSTEM REVIEW & INTEGRATION
A comprehensive calendar details the review and management of each of your independent emergency systems, ensuring that each are integrated and in compliance with the entire safety program.
TABLE TOP EXERCISE
This exercise familiarizes all involved with the timing and effects of each role during an emergency. It includes a run-through of any possible scenario to assess the readiness and understanding of each person’s responsibilities while all parties are present at the table.
Receive assistance in completing and filing After Action Reports, compliant with the appropriate agency for the incident (i.e. OSHA, PD, etc.).

Your staff or faculty enjoys fun and stress-free AHA certified training with Joffe instructors. Includes access to ManageAHA.com to keep your school on top of its credentials.
Joffe experts aid your safety team in establishing procedures and methods of communication to your staff faculty and students in the event of a crisis.
Joffe assists in creating up to two three-minute videos to educate and empower your community on new, existing, and challenging safety topics unique to your campus.
PARENT EDUCATION WORKSHOPS
Educating parents is a crucial step to ensure your school safety plan stays intact during an emergency situation. Your designated consultant helps you create a workshop to support your school safety program.
Upon completion of all deliverables, Joffe consultants write up a report and assessment.
