Joffe Emergency Services offers Health Aides trained and certified to manage your school’s health program. They play a significant role in keeping your community compliant, safe, and prepared for any emergency or disaster that could potentially shut down or close your establishment. Having this critical staff available can detect the early warning signs of potential breakouts, critical care, and trends among the population. They are your first defense, as well as the main support during emergencies or disasters.
HEALTH RECORD MANAGEMENT
Health aides manage the health information for your students. They receive and record immunization records, physicals, health screenings, and any other health forms specific to your school.
Health aides provide one-on-one health care for students, from cuts and scrapes to playground falls.
They provide monthly reports indicating the number of student visits to the health office for ailments, treatments, and outcomes (sent home, back to class, etc.).
In some cases, they are involved in the greater Health Education Program for your school. This includes arranging dentist visits for kindergarten and first grade, supporting human development conversations in fifth and sixth grades, and other additional topics.
Health aides provide your school’s safety committee with support planning and preparation efforts, leveraging their backing at Joffe to accelerate your school safety program.
FIRST AID KITS & DISASTER SUPPLIES
Inventory has never been easier. They ensure your school’s first aid kits and disaster cache have enough supplies on hand to manage a small scale emergency or large disaster.
